Megabi Haddis Eshetu Alemayehu is a respected speaker, author, and consultant. He laced his humorous speech with social commentaries. Race, politics, and history are often explored in his speech. He is a religious man and preacher of an Ethiopian Orthodox Church, but he also gets involved in secular issues to teach a message of hope, love, and forgiveness. 

Megabi Haddis Eshetu Alemayehu talks to the congregation about the current issue of Raya and Wolkait during a meeting of  'Yichi nat Hagere' book launching ceremony. He says the issue should not be addressed by the leaders of the two regions, Ato Gedu Andargachew and Dr. Debretsion G/Michael rather it should be diagnosed by the elders of the two areas.
