Description

Ethiopian music is popular in the whole world. Many have been listening even though there are linguistic difficulties to understand what the message in this amazing musics since mostly it tends to Amharic.

Ethiopia has a very unique and non-mixed music culture. In the multi-ethnic provinces of Ethiopia, the music is extremely diverse, with each of Ethiopia’s ethnic groups being associated with unique sounds. There is a very strong local scene mostly exposed through video clips they release. Ethiopians have been explaining themselves for the entire world by this art form and cultural activity whose medium is sound organized in time.

Even though Ethiopian music uses a distinct modal system that is pentatonic the music of Ethiopia is extremely diverse with each of Ethiopia's ethnic groups being associated with unique sounds include common elements such as pitch, rhythm, dynamics. In Ethiopian highlands, the music uses of fundamental modal system ‘qegnet’, of which there are four main modes: Tezeta, Bati, Aambasel, and Aanchi Hhoye

There is a wide range of traditional musical instruments such as ‘Kebero’, ‘Masinko’, ‘Kirar’ and so on. More modern style instruments are often used in modern dance music. Modern professional musicians soon reached new heights of innovation in using Ethiopian instruments mixing with other instruments.

Ethiopians have been telling of the Ethiopian parables, upsets, appreciation, and warning through song and “street songs” called ‘Engurguro’ which were a traditional form of expression particularly popular as a means of political and other commentaries in a country that was without newspapers or other means of communication, dates back to centuries and is this is also one of the uniqueness of the Ethiopian music up to now.

Creditworthiness is required

Many customers think leasing has nothing to do with loans and debts. That's wrong. At its core, leasing is a financial business. If you are not creditworthy, you will not get a lease on a car . An own distraint-free income or that of a guarantor is a prerequisite. Without positive information of the Schufa no contract is concluded. For banks, leases are considered debt. A leasing contract for a BMW with a list price of 45,000 euros will burden your credit just like a normal loan.

Nevertheless, one can make a bargain even with lower incomes when leasing. Because all customers get the advertised low interest rate. With a normal bank loan, customers with a small salary have to reckon with substantial mark-ups. If the lowest interest rate is 3.5 percent, low-income earners will be charged 6 percent.

What are leasing bargains?

Leasing is attractive due to two factors: low interest rates and high residual value calculations. If you need to finance your vehicle , interest rates of 1.9 percent over a normal rate of 6.5 percent mean a huge advantage. Automakers also work with hidden discounts. When leasing is then an unrealistically high value for the value of the car for sale after the lease is recognized. So the car loses little value at least on paper between the beginning and the end of the contract. The rates are correspondingly low. The fact that this price can not be achieved does not have to burden you as a customer with mileage leasing. Above all, prestige-conscious premium brands prefer to opt for this as a way of attaching special offer signs to their cars.

Problems with leasing

The leasing car is not yours but a bank or leasing company. Their use is therefore limited. You can not lend or mortgage the vehicle. Changes and conversions are usually not possible.

A lessee should not choose the cheapest insurance. A comprehensive insurance must cover all costs arising from the leasing contract in the event of a total loss. Remember that you are required to bring the car only to authorized repair shops.

When returning the car, normal wear is accepted. "Normal" are, for example, worn tires, tracks on the pedals or wear due to friction on the seats. Any further damage such as paint scratches or small dents from falling chestnuts must be repaired at your own expense. Stress is therefore programmed at the end of the contract. You should calculate a back payment, because a few small things are always found.

Conclusion

Leasing is interesting for private individuals, who regularly buy new cars and do not want to have problems with resale. Discounts on the terms can make leasing interesting for everyone, because you can drive a new car cheap without equity. A purchase is worth rather, if the car is to be driven a long time. If you have the money for the car on the account, you can usually negotiate better conditions when buying.
